茂馨民宿位於阿里山風景區的頂石棹茶區，距離奮起湖老街近，週邊景點包括大凍山、達娜伊谷和頂湖自然生態保護區。民宿提供寬敞停車場和觀景台，可俯瞰雲海、日落和星空，房間簡潔舒適，適合慢活休閒。
Maoxin Homestay is located in the top ShiJiao Tea Area of Alishan Scenic Area, close to Fenqihu Old Street. Nearby attractions include Dadong Mountain, Dana Rui Valley, and the Top Lake Nature Reserve. The homestay offers ample parking and a viewing platform where guests can enjoy views of sea of clouds, sunset, and starry skies. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and perfect for a leisurely stay.

步行約3分鐘，可到琉璃光拍攝點Liuli Guang Photo Spot — 3-minute walk
石棹琉璃光，是阿里山山區特有的光影景色。清晨、黃昏或雲霧變化時，光線穿過山林與茶園，形成迷人的層次。
從茂馨民宿步行約3分鐘即可抵達拍攝點，不論是想拍照、看景，或只是散步走走，都是來到石棹時很值得停留的一處風景。
Liuli Guang is a unique mountain light scene in Shizhuo, Alishan. In the early morning, at sunset, or when mist moves through the mountains, light passes through the forest and tea fields, creating beautiful layers of scenery.
The photo spot is about a 3-minute walk from Maoxin Homestay. It is a lovely place to take photos, enjoy the view, or simply take a short walk during your stay.

自家茶園景觀與停車空間Our Tea Field Views & Parking
茂馨民宿旁即是自家茶園景色，並設有寬敞停車空間。自駕或租車前來的旅人，可以安心停放車輛，也能在抵達時欣賞茶園與山景，感受阿里山石棹茶區的日常風景。
茶園為自家管理區域，未開放旅客進入。歡迎於民宿周邊與觀景區欣賞茶園景色。
Maoxin Homestay is surrounded by our own tea fields and offers a spacious parking area. Guests traveling by car or rental car can park with ease and enjoy views of the tea fields and mountains upon arrival.
The tea fields are privately managed and are not open for guest entry. Guests are welcome to enjoy the tea field views from the homestay area and viewing spots.
簡易料理與泡茶器具Simple Cooking Area & Tea Set
提供基本鍋具、碗盤、電鍋、冰箱與冷凍空間，旅人可自行攜帶食材簡單料理。
另備有泡茶器具與熱水，可在山裡慢慢泡茶休息。
使用後請協助清洗並歸位，讓下一位旅人也能安心使用。
Basic cookware, tableware, a rice cooker, refrigerator, and freezer space are available.
Tea sets and hot water are also provided for guests to enjoy tea during their stay.
Please wash and return all shared items after use.

茶，是茂馨的起點。
從自家茶園、製茶，到後來的民宿經營，阿里山茶一直是這裡生活的一部分。
旅人來到茂馨，不只是在石棹茶區住上一晚，也能認識我們自家製作的阿里山茶。
現場與線上皆可選購茶葉與茶油，適合日常品飲，也適合作為阿里山伴手禮，讓茶香延續到生活裡。

關於 茂馨
About Maoxin
茂馨的故事，可以追溯到民國37年左右。
那時的阿里山，山路還不如今日便利，茶園也才剛開始在這片土地上慢慢扎根。在竹崎鄉農會的輔導下，美珍夫妻來到山裡種茶，成為阿里山地區早期投入茶葉種植的茶農之一，後來也成立了「茂馨製茶所」。
對他們而言，茶不只是生活的收入，也是與這片山林相處的方式。春夏秋冬、雲霧晴雨，都在一片片茶葉裡留下痕跡。
當時阿里山公路尚未修建完成，交通十分不便。政府派員進入山區進行國有地鑑界工程，因山路崎嶇、地勢險峻，鑑界人員時常需要熟悉當地山路的人協助。因緣際會下，他們遇見了美珍夫妻，並請託協助帶路。
鑑界工程預計歷時兩年，為了減少往返山區的時間與風險，工作人員也懇請美珍夫妻提供臨時住宿與簡易餐食。美珍夫妻答應了這份請託，讓遠道而來的人在山裡有一處可以歇腳、吃飯、過夜的地方。
這份樸實的照顧，也成了「茂馨琉璃光民宿」最早的緣起。
民宿旁原有兩塊圓形石頭，後來查閱資料才知道，這裡曾是在日治時期便有人供奉的土地神所在。隨著年代更迭，土地公曾一度無人供奉。美珍自民國76年起重新延續供奉，並於民國108年興建正式廟堂「福德祠」，讓附近居民能前來祭拜，也讓路過的登山旅人，有一處可以停下來休息乘涼的地方。
從茶園到製茶所，從借宿供餐到民宿，從兩塊石頭到福德祠，茂馨一路走來，留下的不只是建築與空間，而是一段與土地、山路、人情和信仰相連的故事。
如今，茂馨由第二代接手延續經營。
我們珍惜前人留下的根，也希望讓來到這裡的旅人，在住宿之外，感受到石棹山裡樸實而溫暖的生活記憶。
